Job summary

Appone oversees the Director of Operations responsible for the performance of 7 Brew Coffee locations, aligning operations with standards, financial goals, and customer experience expectations.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role leads recruitment, development, and mentoring of regional managers, drives training consistency, and manages regional P&L and costs to support growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Earn and maintain the respect of managers and team members through leadership.
• Support recruitment, hiring, evaluation, development, and termination of stand managers.
• Hire regional managers as needed.
• Lead disciplinary actions involving stand managers.
• Foster a motivating environment with rewards and recognition.
• Create a positive work culture for all team members.
• Provide guidance to store and regional managers to hit objectives.
• Mentor regional managers to uphold company values and improve.
• Ensure training programs are consistent across locations.
• Supervise and support daily operations across all stores.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Analyze and manage regional financials including P&L, labor costs.
• Develop and execute regional sales and efficiency plans.
• Plan for growth and succession by recruiting strong candidates.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across locations.
• Address and resolve customer and employee issues for satisfaction.

Job Summary

The Director of Operations oversees the operational performance of multiple 7 Brew Coffee locations, ensuring alignment with company standards, financial goals, and customer experience expectations. This leadership role is critical in fostering a culture of kindness, connection, and operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Earn and maintain the respect of both managers and team members through hard work, honesty, and strong leadership.
• Support and oversee the recruitment, hiring, evaluation, development, and termination of all stand managers.
• Hire regional managers as needed.
• Lead the process for all disciplinary actions involving stand managers.
• Foster a motivating environment through consistent rewards, appreciation, and acknowledgement of team members who perform well and meet or exceed performance goals.
• Creating a positive work culture for all team members.
• Provide support and guidance to store managers, regional managers, and their teams to achieve operational and performance objectives.
• Mentor and develop regional managers to uphold company values and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistency in training programs across locations.
• Supervise and support daily operations across all stores.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Analyze and manage regional financials, including P&L, labor costs, and operating expenses.

Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are subject to the needs of the business. This could mean weekends, early mornings (5AM) and late nights (11PM).
