The Regional Operations Manager collaborates with the Director of Operations and is accountable for inventory control, labor optimization, and process improvements across locations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee stand managers to achieve performance goals.
• Educates and empowers managers to identify growth areas in stand operations and realize consistent improvement over time.
• Provides regular feedback and support to teammates.
• Works regularly in their stands to maintain connection to daily operations.
• Empowers managers to maintain a low cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times and short lines.
• Tracks inventory, smallwares, and parts/equipment to maintain low COGS by eliminating waste and accurate counting/ordering.
• Holds management team accountable for adherence to maintenance schedules, inspections, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to support business initiatives.
