Job summary

LA Krewe Rush, operating under Rush Soccer, seeks a Director of Operations to lead logistics, events, and partnerships in Lafayette, LA. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality experiences for players, families, coaches, staff, and partners.

The successful candidate will coordinate facility use, scheduling, ECNL administration, and community relations, reporting to the Executive Director and collaborating with the Technical Director and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build positive relationships with families, coaches, staff, volunteers, businesses, and community organizations.
• Experience in youth sports, soccer administration, event management, operations, or community relations preferred.
• Familiar with club-management/communication platforms and calendar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate club operations, scheduling, and facility coordination.
• Serve as liaison with Rush Soccer, ECNL, and Louisiana Soccer Association; represent the club at meetings.
• Manage ECNL participation logistics: registration, scheduling, uniforms, referees, trainers.
• Plan and manage events, tournaments, and camps to strengthen engagement and culture.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Engage members year-round and coordinate external events at facilities.
