Soccer Shots New Orleans is seeking an organized, energetic Operations Coordinator to blend administrative duties with field coaching, helping us run programs across the Greater New Orleans area. The role requires coordinating day-to-day operations, scheduling, partner communication, enrollment tracking, and occasional on-field coaching with children aged 2–8, in a dynamic, community-focused environment.

• Experience working with children or youth sports, education, recreation, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
• Willingness to work both in an office/administrative environment and outdoors on soccer fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of Soccer Shots programs in the New Orleans area.
• Assist with season scheduling, session logistics, and program coordination.
• Communicate with school, park, and community partners to confirm details and resolve issues.
• Help ensure programs are properly staffed and prepared for each season.
• Coach Soccer Shots sessions regularly for children ages 2–8.
• Lead engaging, curriculum-based activities and reinforce coaching standards.
