Soccer Shots New Orleans is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to balance administrative duties with coaching sessions for children ages 2-8 across the Greater New Orleans area.

The role combines office work with on-field coaching, requiring strong communication, problem solving, and a passion for delivering a fun, safe soccer experience for families. This is a full-time, hybrid position with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Organized and dependable; able to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working both in an office/administrative setting and on outdoor soccer fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across the New Orleans area.
• Assist with season scheduling, session logistics, and program coordination.
• Communicate with schools, parks, and community partners to confirm details and resolve issues.
• Help ensure programs are staffed and prepared for each season.
• Respond to parent and customer questions and provide excellent service.
• Maintain accurate program and scheduling information in our systems.
• Support enrollment tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Assist with events and community initiatives.
• Identify operational problems and propose practical solutions.
• Work with the Executive Director, Director of Coaching, and admin team.
