Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably valve or flow control.
• Experience managing a site-level P&L, including gross margin and EBITDA.

Responsibilities

• Own site-level P&L including revenue, gross margin, and working capital optimization.
• Manage domestic and international supplier relationships to ensure quality and delivery performance.
• Build and develop high‑performing teams; own talent development and performance management.
