Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operations in a complex, high-volume organization.
• Proven success managing and developing managers.
• Experience improving operational performance and accountability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs or operational scorecards.
• Strong organizational design and change-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business judgment and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the management team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Coach managers to improve leadership effectiveness and accountability.
• Provide candid, timely feedback and identify development opportunities.
• Establish operational metrics and a regular reporting cadence.
• Diagnose performance trends, bottlenecks, and root causes to drive improvements.
• Build accountability and scorecards for key KPIs.
• Design scalable organizational structures to support growth.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure end-to-end operational excellence.
