Job summary

HPC-Industrial, a Clean Harbors company, seeks an Operations Manager to plan, lead, and coordinate daily branch operations. You will improve efficiency through equipment utilization and personnel scheduling while meeting customer expectations at multiple sites.

This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and data-driven decision making. You will guide onsite personnel development, manage financial performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize programs and drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in chemistry, biology, or environmental science preferred.
• 5+ years industrial cleaning experience with some management exposure.
• Ability to schedule equipment and personnel for daily maintenance/project work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Manage health and safety oversight of onsite employees supporting customer programs.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower to support productivity and service quality.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Provide accurate reporting and data to upper management related to operations and KPIs.
