The role requires strong leadership, deep experience in risk management and fraud, and the ability to drive performance, reporting, and process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years of experience or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• Preferred experience in risk management, fraud, compliance and operations.
• Knowledge of financial services and/or non-profit industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead money movement functions (Money Out, Money In) and oversee multiple teams.
• Coach and mentor managers; own relationships with vendors and partners.
• Develop reports and KPIs; drive operational scale and quality.
