Responsibilities

• Oversee money movement functions: Grants, Contributions, and NPO Enrollment.
• Lead multiple teams, hire, coach and mentor managers.
• Drive controls, risk avoidance, governance, and KPI metrics.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Manage budget and roadmap for capability.
