Fidelity Investments Inc. in Westlake, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Management Operations to lead day-to-day operations, ensure data quality, and drive risk management across reference data teams.

You will manage workload distribution across 8+ associates, partner with business and technology teams, and guide cross-functional projects from planning through execution in a fast-paced environment. Onsite role with a focus on continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Financial services experience, preferably within reference data, market data, or investment operations.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing operational or strategic projects.
• Strong leadership skills coaching and developing teams of 8+ associates.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools; Bloomberg and CusipWeb experience preferred.
• Knowledge of data management, data quality, data modeling, and data visualization concepts.

• Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to resolve complex data issues and deliver data solutions.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational controls; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution and manage team efforts end-to-end.
• Analyze and validate data using database queries to resolve client and operational issues.
• Represent the team in product forums and industry initiatives to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of people leadership, including hiring, coaching, and performance.
