Qualifications

• Strong leadership of large teams in Treasury/Operations.
• Experience with money movement processes (ACH, wires, checks).
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and control environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Westlake team fostering accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely processing of money movement activities (ACH, wires, checks, investigations, reconciliations, exception handling).
• Drive service level performance while maintaining high quality and minimizing operational risk.
• Monitor KPIs related to service, quality, productivity, and risk.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, controls, and service delivery.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and cross-training.
• FINRA Series 99 required; within 90 days of hire.
