Job summary

The Goff Financial Group seeks a Director of Operations to lead and optimize day-to-day operations, HR, risk, and technology-enabled processes. You will oversee administrative functions, implement standards for client service, and align processes with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to senior management, you will manage the operations team, coordinate with compliance and IT, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and security across the firm.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive HR and/or operations experience, ideally in financial services.
• Three years of supervisory or HR/ops management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Coordinate workflows between advisory and administrative staff.
• Maintain calendars for firm-wide processes and quarter-end reporting.
• Monitor outstanding operational items and coordinate resolutions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for operational questions.
