Job summary

M&M Manufacturing in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Director, Operations to lead our Fort Worth facility and drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

You will build and coach a strong leadership team, partner with planning, maintenance, engineering, and finance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, and value stream mapping to meet long‑term business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 10+ years in progressive manufacturing operations roles.
• 5+ years leading supervisors and multi‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day‑to‑day leadership for all manufacturing operations.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize performance.
• Lead Lean initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Partner with planning, maintenance, engineering, and finance to align production with business goals.
