Golden Grail Group is seeking a skilled Director of Operations to lead teams across Oregon, overseeing extraction, production, warehousing, distribution, and logistics. The role focuses on building capable leaders, improving processes, and aligning operations with growth strategies.

The Director will collaborate with HR, Finance, Retail, Sales, and Compliance to manage workforce planning, development, performance, budgets, and company-wide initiatives, while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong operations foundation.
• 8+ years in progressive operations roles, multiple locations preferred.
• Proven people-management experience, with development of leaders.
• Experience in regulated cannabis or highly regulated industries is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance, improve processes, and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership across cultivation, extraction, production, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
• Translate company strategy into regional operating plans and staffing priorities.
• Maintain regular on-site presence and ensure leaders have resources to succeed.
• Establish regional standards while accounting for local needs.
• Promote cross-location collaboration and serve as regional escalation point for operations and people concerns.
• Monitor priorities and performance indicators, driving timely, sustainable results.
• Support integration of new initiatives, facilities, processes, and organizational changes.
