Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is looking to build a talent network for a future Director, Site Operations role. This position will oversee all aspects of a cannabis manufacturing site, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while managing a large team.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in manufacturing leadership, experience managing 100+ people, and a strong business background with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business. Exposure to the cannabis sector is advantageous.

Our Director, Site Operations leaders are the engine of our facilities. You'd be responsible for the full scope of a cannabis manufacturing site — from the grow and lab through post‑processing, packaging, and logistics — with direct accountability for safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and the people who make it all run. You'll own the facility budget, drive continuous improvement, and lead a multilevel team through the complexity and pace of a high‑growth operation.
