The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in manufacturing leadership, experience managing 100+ people, and a strong business background with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business. Exposure to the cannabis sector is advantageous.

You'd be responsible for the full scope of a cannabis manufacturing site — from the grow and lab through post‑processing, packaging, and logistics — with direct accountability for safety, quality, compliance, productivity, and the people who make it all run. You'll own the facility budget, drive continuous improvement, and lead a multilevel team through the complexity and pace of a high‑growth operation.
