Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive operations experience.
• 5+ years of people-management experience.
• Cannabis industry experience required.
• Willingness to travel across Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility managers and operational teams across Oregon.
• Oversee cultivation, extraction, production, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with OLCC and Metrc while maintaining safety.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Retail, and Sales on workforce planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and regional standardization.
