Job summary

Golden Grail Group is seeking a Store Manager for its Tigard, Oregon Chalice dispensary. This on-site role leads daily operations, customer experience, and staff performance while ensuring strict compliance with OLCC, METRC, and company requirements.

You will recruit, train, and coach retail staff, manage labor, inventory, cash controls, and safety, and continuously improve sales and store metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit required; permit fee reimbursed after 90 days.
• 3+ years of progressive retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience with daily operations responsibility.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, including coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through others, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispensary operations and set expectations for service, sales, compliance, productivity, and conduct.
• Foster a warm, customer-first culture with cannabis education and responsible sales.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, coach, and retain store staff in partnership with HR and Retail Ops.
• Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and address performance issues timely.
• Develop Assistant Store Managers and frontline staff through delegated ownership and career development.
• Create and manage schedules, labor deployment, timekeeping, attendance, and break coverage.
