Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Engineering, Construction Mgmt or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in operations, ideally in construction, safety, or consulting.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building abilities.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight to the Business Administrator, Director of Business Development, Director of Field Operations, Project Manager, and Field Consultants.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, quality assurance, and team accountability.
• Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to support sustainable growth.
• Monitor performance metrics, project timelines, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive consistency and excellence in project delivery across all field operations.
• Oversee coordination, staffing, and resource allocation across multiple client projects.
• Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and timeliness of all deliverables.
• Represent the company in high-level client and industry meetings as needed.
• Align operational strategies with the company’s commitment to serve underrepresented populations.
• Collaborate with workforce partners to ensure training and placement efforts are operationally supported.
