Green Key Resources has partnered with a well-established GC to hire a Director of Operations to lead an Amazon-focused ground-up construction group across the Southeast. The role is ideal for a Senior PM or early Director stepping into broader leadership while staying hands-on.

The position oversees 10–12 PMs/APMs, delivers warehouse and cold storage projects, and requires travel through the Southeast, with strong growth potential and a competitive overall package.

Qualifications

• Strong GC background coming up through the PM side.
• Senior PM / Project Executive or early Director level experience.
• Light industrial/warehouse ground-up construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 10–12 PMs, APMs, and Project Coordinators.
• Lead delivery of ground-up Amazon, light industrial, warehouse and cold storage projects.
• Allocate teams/resources and ensure successful delivery; travel in the Southeast.
