Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a Director of Operations for a specialty contractor providing industrial design, installation, service, and maintenance solutions to customers in storage, food processing, pharmaceutical, and related industries.

We are seeking a Director of Operations to join the senior leadership team and work directly with the President to strengthen the company's operational infrastructure, develop its people, and prepare the organization for continued growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Progressive operations leadership experience within a specialty contractor or subcontractor.
• Experience leading field-based employees at customer locations.
• Experience in organizations with both project work and ongoing service/maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across operations including field service, project execution, scheduling, and customer support.
• Partner with President to set standards, expectations, and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and profitability.
• Develop practical processes suited to a 32-person entrepreneurial organization.
• Map workflows and remove bottlenecks and ownership gaps.
• Establish operational metrics for service response, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement culture and ERP utilization.
