Job summary

Linde plc in Florida is seeking an experienced plant operator to safely run a cryogenic air separation facility. The role focuses on maintaining reliability, safety, and efficiency while monitoring processes and coordinating with contractors.

You will utilize control systems knowledge, read engineering drawings, and document operations clearly. The position requires strong safety discipline and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production processes in an industrial setting with emphasis on safety.
• Ability to read drawings, piping & instrumentation diagrams and schematics.
• Proficient with control systems and HMIs; able to interpret data trends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant for reliable performance.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to uphold safety and equipment integrity.
• Monitor process performance and adjust parameters to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety policies and promptly report incidents.
• Collect and interpret equipment data to support proactive maintenance decisions.
• Oversee contractors for routine and non-routine work ensuring safety and quality.
• Execute lock-out tag-out procedures and recommend improvements.

• Youwill safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable andefficient performance
• Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairsthat uphold plant safety and equipment integrity
• Monitor process performance and adjust operationalparameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency
• You are expected to adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety workpolicies while reporting all incidents promptly
• In addition you should collect and interpret trends in equipment andprocess condition data to strengthen proactive maintenance decisions
• Oversee contractors performing routine and non‑routine work toensure safety compliance and quality execution
• Furthermore execute lock‑out tag‑out procedures and recommend improvementsthat enhance process availability and overall reliability

• Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical equipment, electricalsystems, and industrial instrumentation

• You are skilled at reading and revising engineering drawings includingpiping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams
• Communicate technical information clearly to supportsafe, coordinated, and effective teamwork
• Additionally operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safelyand confidently in accordance with established procedures
• Lastly bring strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Word,PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support accurate documentation and reporting
