Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction or related environment.
• Proven experience leading electrical construction operations and large project portfolios.
• Strong P&L and financial management within construction.
• Ability to develop Project Executives, Project Managers, and operations teams.
• Deep understanding of project delivery, forecasting, cost controls, scheduling, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across electrical construction projects in Missouri.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and financial controls.
• Lead and mentor project executives, managers, and operations staff.
• Ensure Projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high standards.
• Drive consistency in execution, controls, processes, and reporting.
• Monitor project financials, schedules, manpower, risk, and performance.
• Support strategic planning and market growth with executive leadership.
• Strengthen client and contractor relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Lead workforce planning and succession planning to enable growth.
• Champion safety culture and compliance with company standards.
