Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive electrical construction experience with significant operational leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading complex commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and/or specialized electrical construction projects.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, project controls, and financial management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop project management and field leadership teams.
• Commercial, industrial, water/wastewater, airport, airfield, or similarly complex project experience preferred.
• Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across electrical construction operations and active project portfolios.
• Hold responsibility for operational and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and project-level P&L.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and operational leadership teams.
• Oversee project execution from planning through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.
• Monitor project financials, schedules, manpower, procurement, and operational risks.
• Provide senior-level support in resolving complex technical, field, and project execution challenges.
• Drive operational excellence, accountability, safety, and quality across the organization.
