Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee mechanical construction operations across multiple projects, managing Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Take accountability for project profitability, scheduling, quality, safety, and overall delivery.
• Oversee projects from preconstruction and estimating through execution and closeout.
• Manage operational budgets, financial forecasting, resource allocation, and project performance.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, VDC/BIM, procurement, and prefabrication teams to improve project delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Build and develop high-performing operational teams, providing mentorship and leadership to Project Managers and field personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, and key clients.
• Support regional growth through operational planning, workforce development, and continuous improvement.
