Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on overhead door service experience.
• Experience with residential and light commercial doors.
• Strong knowledge of installation, repair, troubleshooting and sourcing.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, repair, and maintenance for overhead doors.
• Develop and scale the service and sales program from scratch.
• Establish pricing models, workflows, and vendor relationships.
• Coach and hire technicians as the team grows.
