You will lead a multi-tier operations team, optimize end-to-end workflows, manage LOS/CRM integrations, ensure robust reporting, and align operations with technology initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to oversee core business processes, drive operational efficiency, and build a foundation for sustainable growth alongside executive management.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and manage a multi-tiered operational staff (combining local and global resources) focused on daily execution and accountability.

• Operational Execution: Direct end-to-end operational activities, including pipeline throughput, payment processing, portfolio management, and daily reporting.

• Systems & Vendor Management: Oversee operational tech infrastructure, managing software integrations, third-party vendor relationships, and system enhancements.

• Process Optimization: Continuously audit current workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, automate manual tasks, and optimize execution speed while preserving credit standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align operational capabilities with overall business objectives and technology implementations.

• Business Continuity: Troubleshoot technical or operational issues rapidly to ensure seamless service delivery and minimal downtime.

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience, with required background in merchant cash advance (MCA), alternative business financing, or specialty fintech.

• Demonstrated success scaling operational functions, refining processes, and implementing software integrations in a fast-moving setting.

• Broad operational technical comfort across Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM platforms, and data reporting tools.

• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving skills, and a balanced focus on strategy and hands‑on execution.

• Prior experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferred.
