Resourceful Talent Group partners with a high-growth alternative finance platform seeking a Director of Operations to oversee core business processes, drive efficiency, and support sustainable expansion alongside the executive team.

You will lead a multi-tier operations team, optimize end-to-end workflows, manage LOS/CRM integrations, ensure robust reporting, and align operations with technology initiatives across the organization.

Formación

• 8+ years of operational leadership experience in MCA or fintech
• Proven ability to scale operational functions and refine processes
• Experience implementing software integrations across LOS/CRM
• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and execution
• Prior experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and manage a multi-tier operational staff (local and global) focused on daily execution and accountability.
• Direct end-to-end operational activities including pipeline throughput, payment processing, portfolio management, and daily reporting.
• Oversee operational tech infrastructure, software integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Audit workflows to remove bottlenecks, automate manual tasks, and preserve credit standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operations with business objectives and technology implementations.
• Troubleshoot operational or technical issues rapidly to ensure seamless service delivery and minimal downtime
