Job summary

USA Clinics Group seeks a Director of Operations to drive continuous improvement across our corporate and clinical operations from our Northbrook, IL office. This full-time role requires leadership of multi-site teams and a strong focus on data-driven initiatives to optimize performance.

You will define KPIs, implement dashboards, and partner with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Leads to ensure consistent operations across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multi-site healthcare operations (ambulatory, urgent care, or outpatient preferred).
• Strong command of compliance, risk mitigation, and field team leadership.
• Experience leading managers across regions or states.
• Operational mindset with comfort in data, dashboards, and scaling processes.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of the SVP of Operations, you will drive continuous operational improvement across business and clinical operations.
• Define and track KPIs, patient experience, and business team productivity.
• Implement performance dashboards, SOPs, and standardized workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Training, and Regional Clinical Leads to ensure aligned operations.
• Drive staff performance management, retention strategies, and operational consistency.
• Proactively identify and address risks or inefficiencies across markets.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary

• Location: Corporate Office in Northbrook, IL
• Schedule: Full-time, including weekends when needed
• Compensation: $115,000 -$145,000 based on experience and qualifications.
