This leader will also manage our Florida warehouse team and serve as a point of support for teams working in Odoo and other systems. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as it involves regular communication with our bilingual warehouse team, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

Cross-Departmental SOP Development & Process Improvement
- Build and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments (sales, marketing, finance, product, etc.).
- Establish consistent workflows, documentation practices, and interdepartmental communication protocols.
- Champion process automation and systems integration across platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, PLM).
Demand Planning and Forecasting
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align production with demand forecasts.
- Use data analytics to predict demand trends and adjust operations accordingly.
Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards and comply with relevant regulations (e.g., FDA).
- Implement quality assurance programs and continuous improvement processes.
- Oversee the company’s physical footprint, including office spaces, warehouses, and production facilities.
- Lead site selection, lease negotiations, and build-outs for new locations based on business needs.

Team and Organizational Leadership
- Build and manage high-performing operations, supply chain, and logistics teams.
- Develop talent, set KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.

- Own the operational side of product development — from concept through commercialization.
- Collaborate with R&D, design, sourcing, and marketing teams to define timelines, coordinate launches, and track progress.
- Implement stage-gate or agile workflows to bring new products to market efficiently.
