Absolute Services in Louisville, KY seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead trade operations and build a high-performing team. You’ll oversee dispatch, payroll, fleet, and customer service, driving efficiency and compliance to deliver outstanding service.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of management in a skilled-trades setting, residential HVAC exposure, strong business sense, and a drive to mentor staff. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in skilled trades or a similar industry.
• Residential HVAC experience.
• Exceptional business and operational acumen.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to hold teams to meet and exceed goals.
• Visionary leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

• Hold the Team Accountable: Ensure that everyone follows company policies, procedures, and strives for continuous improvement.
• Tackle Customer Requests: Address and resolve customer concerns with a can‑do attitude, ensuring their experience is always top‑notch.
• Create a Safe & Efficient Environment: Establish and maintain a safe, effective, and well‑organized work environment for all team members.
• Manage Dispatchers: Ensure smooth dispatch operations, keeping everything on schedule and ensuring no customer is left waiting.
• Handle the Numbers: Oversee bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and accurately.
• Manage Our Fleet: Keep our fleet in tip‑top shape, ensuring that vehicles are maintained and ready to go whenever needed.

What You Bring To The Table

• 3+ years of management experience in skilled trades, military, or a similar industry
• Residential HVAC experience
• Exceptional business and operational acumen
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills, ready to engage and motivate your team
• The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to meet and exceed company goals
• A visionary leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment
• A valid driver’s license (because we’re on the move!)
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
