You will oversee inventories, educate staff on value-added services, and coach teams to achieve revenue goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. Prioritize tools, staffing, and performance to sustain growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of technicians to complete repairs and service.

• Develop service schedules and procedures to boost productivity.
• Create and deliver technical training for technicians.
• Oversee inventory to ensure parts availability.
• Educate technicians on accessories and services to grow revenue.
• Coach technicians on best practices for customer experience.
• Ensure technicians have the minimum required tools.
• Maintain staffing levels and recruit qualified field technicians.
• Monitor performance and identify training needs.
• Maintain invoicing, inventory control, safety and reporting.

Job Description

• Leading a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs, maintenance, and customer service
• Ensure processes & procedures are performed properly to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and implementing service schedules and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and productivity
• Creating and presenting technical training programs for technicians
• Overseeing inventory management to ensure an adequate supply of equipment and parts
• Contribute to top line revenue by educating Technicians of all available accessories and services clients will benefit from.
• Coach service technicians on best practices to provide a top-level customer experience.
• Identify and ensure Technicians have the required minimum tools to perform their duties.

• Maintaining staffing levels and recruiting and hiring capable field technicians

• Monitoring employee performance and evaluating staff to determine training requirements

• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, accurate reporting.
