The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of leadership experience in operational settings, plus an NC Life Insurance License.

Qualifications

• Background in insurance, annuities, financial services, or contact center operations.
• Knowledge of retirement products and qualified account processes.
• Active North Carolina Life Insurance License required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Develop and monitor operational metrics while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.
• Partner with leadership teams to resolve escalated issues, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Coach and mentor managers, establish performance expectations, and support employee growth and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee operational compliance, transaction reviews, and risk management processes while ensuring adherence to company policies.

Compensation for the Director of Operations:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
