MB2 Dental is hiring a Director of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple dental practices in the United States. The role partners with Dentist owners and leadership to drive financial and operational performance, develop teams, and position practices for growth.

The position requires strong business acumen, P&L management, strategic planning, and performance analysis to identify opportunities, improve operations, and drive revenue and EBITDA growth.

Competenze

• 1–5 years of multi-practice management and leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated business acumen at a regional or multi-location level.
• Experience with P&L management, strategic action planning, and financial performance analysis.
• Experience driving revenue and EBITDA growth within a multi-location environment.

The Director of Operations is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across multiple dental practices within an assigned region. This role partners closely with operating Dentist owners and practice leadership to drive strong financial and operational performance, develop teams, and position practices for continued growth. The Director of Operations will utilize strong business acumen, P&L management, strategic action planning, and performance analysis to identify opportunities, improve operations, and drive revenue and EBITDA growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight for multiple dental practices within an assigned region.
• Partner with operating Dentist owners and practice leadership to develop and execute strategic action plans that support practice performance and growth.

• Previous leadership experience within dental, healthcare, or another multi-location service organization.
• Experience overseeing multiple practices or business locations within an assigned territory.
• Hands-on experience with Eaglesoft.
• Experience developing and executing strategic growth and performance-improvement plans.
