The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotel properties within a designated region. This role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to brand and regulatory standards.
