Job summary

RAM Hotels is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple hotels within the region, driving strong performance across properties and support teams. The role focuses on leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence to strengthen profitability and owner relations.

The RDO will supervise General Managers, coordinate with RAM Corporate Support, and ensure adherence to brand standards while developing talent and implementing strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple hotels and general managers in hospitality.
• Strong financial management skills including P&L, forecasting, budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-unit leadership focusing on team engagement, guest satisfaction, product quality, profitability.
• Direct supervision and support to General Managers and property staff.
• Oversee financial aspects: P&L review, forecasting, CapEx, budgeting; participate in revenue calls.
• Ensure brand QA compliance and approve action plans by hotel and above-property teams.
• Liaise between hotel GMs and RAM Corporate Support: Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Talent, PR.
• Model RAM Company Culture and promote its Vision, Mission, and Values.
