Arcadia Care seeks a Regional Director of Operations to partner with facility leadership across the region to ensure operational success. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, census, staffing, and compliance while providing strategic leadership and support to Administrators.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Regional Operations management (LTC preferred) and hold a Nursing Home Administrator license in IL.

- 5+ years of experience in Regional Operations management, preferably in LTC.
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license in IL.

- 5+ years of experience in Regional Operations management, preferably in LTC
- Active and unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in IL
