Gerber Collision & Glass in the Chicagoland area seeks a Director of Operations Excellence Training to design and coordinate education programs that strengthen operational excellence across the organization.

The role leads learning curriculum, analyzes training needs, and partners with Operations, HR and Continuous Improvement to drive engagement and retention while delivering measurable ROI and improved customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in related field or combination of education and experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of progressive Operations experience.
• Experience in learning and development; experience with an eLearning/LMS platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction of learning and development to deliver engaging experiences and business results.
• Evaluate training programs for impact and alignment with functional needs.
• Identify and develop learning content and programs across multiple platforms to improve performance and customer experience.
• Manage enterprise-wide training projects and vendor relationships; oversee training materials development.
