Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in La Grange, IL is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the collision center and deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting KPIs and insurance metrics.

The role requires coaching and empowering team members, maintaining safety and quality standards, and managing budgets and staffing in alignment with company processes and WOW principles.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and coach staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Lead and manage repair facility personnel.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
