Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in transportation, administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in transit compliance, rule administration, or operations.
• 2+ years supervisory/lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of operating rules, procedures, and compliance in transit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements (FTA/DOT/MASS).

Responsibilities

• Direct governance and continuous improvement of operating rule systems and documentation.
• Oversee lifecycle management of operating rules, bulletins, and instructions.
• Serve as executive owner of digital rule management systems and publication processes.
• Represent the Authority with executive leadership and regulators on rule governance.
• Lead modernization via digital rulebooks, connected documentation, and automation.
• Direct integration of rule changes across departments to ensure readiness.
