ChristianaCare seeks a seasoned pharmacy leader to provide strategic, operational, financial, and quality leadership for Oncology Pharmacy, Investigational Drug Services, Ambulatory Infusion Services, and Medication Access Services. This role ensures safe, patient-centered, timely, and financially sustainable medication-use practices across oncology and infusion care.

Qualificações

• PharmD or PharmD/BS required.
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency completed (or equivalent).
• ASHP PGY2 in Oncology Pharmacy or Leadership preferred.
• Master’s degree in business or health admin preferred.
• At least five years of pharmacy experience, oncology/infusion preferred.
• BCOP or other specialty certification preferred.
• Delaware license or eligibility required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ambulatory oncology and infusion pharmacy operations.
• Oversee Medication Access Services for prior authorizations and access functions.
• Collaborate with nursing and leadership to optimize infusion center capacity.
• Direct Investigational Drug Services and clinical trial operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and promote safety and quality.
