ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacy Supervisor to provide operational leadership for outpatient pharmacy services and support a team committed to excellence in pharmacy care. You will serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for assigned locations, ensuring compliance with laws, accreditation, and payer requirements while driving patient safety and service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from ACPE-accredited college preferred.
• Current pharmacist licensure in Delaware or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Licensure in NJ/PA/MD may be required based on needs.
• Certified Pharmacist Immunizer required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum of three years in outpatient pharmacy management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational leadership for assigned outpatient services, ensuring safe, compliant operations.
• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) and Pharmacist of Record, ensuring regulatory compliance and payer requirements.
• Oversee dispensing operations and workflow with focus on safety, quality, and performance.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary pharmacy team.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance development.
• Develop staffing plans to support patient care and efficient labor use.
• Monitor metrics and implement action plans to meet goals.
• Participate in budget management and financial objectives.
• Lead quality improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support Pharmacy Services goals.
