Ad Astra Information Systems, L.L.C. in Overland Park, KS seeks a Director of Delivery Operations to lead a client-facing onboarding organization, drive time-to-value, and translate engagements into measurable outcomes for higher education clients.

The role requires 5–10 years in a customer-facing tech environment, strong leadership, and a data-driven approach. You will collaborate with Consulting, CloudOps, Sales, Product, and Engineering, and report at executive level.

Formación

• 5–10 years of management experience in a customer-facing tech consulting environment.
• A college degree (technical or business-related preferred).
• Able to discuss system architecture and translate it into business terms for stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing a project portfolio across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Proven ability to use data and KPI analysis to drive operational decisions.
• Experience building, coaching, and developing managers and teams.
• Ability to serve as a senior escalation point on complex/high-visibility issues.
• Comfort operating in fast-changing environments with time-pressure decisions.
• Experience in Higher Education industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding experience for higher education clients and ensure time-to-value is achieved.
• Drive a data-driven operating cadence with KPI dashboards and business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal partners (Consulting, CloudOps, Sales, Product, Engineering) at executive levels.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams with coaching and succession planning.
• Establish standardized reporting on project portfolio health, capacity, and utilization.
• Represent Delivery in enterprise-level planning and align priorities with company strategy.
