Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Director of Organization Development & Learning to shape culture, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness at scale in Blythewood, SC. This enterprise-facing role partners with senior leaders to diagnose challenges and design integrated OD and learning solutions that move the needle on engagement and performance.

You will drive enterprise diagnosis, design scalable interventions across leadership development, culture, talent, and organizational effectiveness;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Education, or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in organization development, talent management, or learning.
• Proven ability to diagnose organizational challenges and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong project and program management across concurrent initiatives.
• Experience advising senior executives.
• Experience measuring learning/OD impact (Kirkpatrick Levels 3/4).
• Exposure to AI or digital tools in learning or workforce analytics.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external partners.
• Leadership experience developing a team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level diagnostics using qualitative and quantitative data to uncover root causes and strategic opportunities.
• Apply systems thinking to separate organizational, leadership, process, and capability gaps.
• Translate business challenges into clear problem statements and priorities, partnering with senior leaders on decisions.
• Turn diagnostic insight into integrated OD and learning solutions aligned to business strategy.
• Design scalable interventions across leadership development, culture, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead large-scale transformation and change management initiatives - org design, succession planning, talent reviews, performance management evolution.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to build organizational readiness for future workforce needs.
• Lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives end to end - scope, timelines, risk, executive reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of high-visibility projects in a matrixed environment.
• Evaluate initiative impact through engagement, attrition, and cost savings metrics.
• Design and launch enterprise-wide learning strategies grounded in adult learning theory.
• Measure effectiveness through behavior change and business outcomes (Kirkpatrick Levels 3 and 4).
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning design, personalization, and measurement.
• Pilot AI-enabled solutions - skills mapping, adaptive learning, knowledge agents.
• Facilitate high-impact leadership sessions, team engagements, and transformation initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and HR partners, influencing decisions through data and executive presence.
