Raytheon is seeking a seasoned program manager to own P&L contributions, execute growth strategies, and align development, obsolescence, and production with customer needs. This role requires extensive experience in government contracts, EVMS, and leadership across large programs.

The position emphasizes building strong customer relationships, proactive risk and schedule management, and the ability to travel as needed to support mission-critical programs.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a university degree or equivalent with significant relevant experience.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or 10 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with development contracts, transitions to production, and obsolescence programs.
• Experience with EVMS or similar tools.

• Own related profit and loss, AOP, and financial performance commitments.
• Develop and execute program growth strategies.
• Understand and represent customer needs to leadership.
• Partner with program leaders to shape future acquisitions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer counterparts.
• Actively manage risk, cost, quality, and schedule performance.
• Travel as needed.
