AMRAAM Production Execution is seeking an Associate Director to serve as the AMRAAM Production Integration & Readiness (PIR) Program Manager within the Air Dominance SSBU of the ASDS SBU. Reporting to the Production Director, this leader is fully accountable for Lot 39/40 performance, including contract execution, P&L accountability, production readiness, integration, TE resiliency execution, obsolescence production interface and customer engagement.
The role requires influential leadership across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and contracts, as well as close collaboration as the production liaison to the International PM team & Global Air Dominance team (Test Optimization, MYP and Obsolescence). The Associate Director drives priorities, schedule and cost performance, production stability, and long-term readiness. Responsibilities include customer engagement, production gating and capture activities, EAC management, and proactive Risk and Opportunity mitigation.
