Job summary

Meds Talent LLC in Wilson, NC is seeking a Director of Nursing for Surgical Services (RN) to lead the OR, PACU and SDS operations. This full-time role directs staffing, budgets, and performance improvement in collaboration with hospital leadership.

You will drive patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality initiatives, while recruiting talent and supporting professional development within a fast-paced surgical services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active NC or Compact RN license.
• Minimum 5 years of Operating Room experience.
• Minimum 3 years of management/leadership experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
