St. Rose Convent: full-time

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at St. Rose Convent in La Crosse. We provide exceptional person-centered care to the sisters who live here. The Director of Nursing Services will uphold the FSPA mission and core values while advocating for care excellence and demonstrating passionate leadership.

You will interact with a wide variety of people and impact lives by supporting their well-being and development. You will provide leadership and direction in all nursing matters including the promotion of relationship-centered care.

You should have:

• Passion for fostering the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of others.
• Demonstrated success in a Nursing leadership role with a passion for working with older populations.
• Commitment to person-directed care (or as we call it—relationship-centered care).
• A nursing license to work in Wisconsin; BSN/MSN is preferred.
