Description
Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs change. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching licensed nurses and other care staff. The HWD level is determined based on the role's complexity, including factors like size, product lines, medication management, assessment requirements, licensure, regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.
