Director of Nursing - $2500 Sign-On Bonus

Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintains quality care as residents' healthcare needs change. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, to licensed nurses and other care staff within the community. The HWD level for each community is determined based on role complexity, including factors such as size, product lines, medication management, assessment requirements, licensure, regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership to inspire, lead, and manage the clinical team to deliver the highest quality care and services. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care. Collaboration with community leadership, mentoring staff, and enhancing resident and family satisfaction are key responsibilities.
